The specific application depends on the working pressure, working temperature and the movement speed of the actuating element of the hydraulic system of the plate shearing machine. High viscosity should be selected for high pressure and high temperature, and low viscosity should be selected for high-speed movement.
(2) The hydraulic oil of hydraulic plate shears shall have good wear resistance and lubricity. (3) The hydraulic oil of hydraulic plate shearing machine has good viscosity temperature property. The higher the viscosity index is, the smaller the oil viscosity will decrease with the temperature rise during the operation of the hydraulic system of the shear, so that the internal leakage of the hydraulic system will not be too large.) During the operation, the temperature of the hydraulic oil varies with the load and the ambient temperature, and the viscosity index is generally not less than 90.

The practice shows that the chemical reaction rate will increase about twice when the oil temperature increases by 10 ℃.
