During operation, one person shall command in a unified way, so that the operator can closely cooperate with the feeding and pressing personnel, and the bending signal can be sent only when the cooperating personnel are in a safe position; The sheet material shall be compacted during bending to prevent it from warping and hurting people; Cut off the power supply when adjusting the sheet material and pressing the die, and stop the operation; When changing the opening of the variable lower die, no material is allowed to contact the lower die;
No one is allowed to stand at the rear of the electro-hydraulic servo synchronous CNC bending machine during operation; It is strictly forbidden to press the folded plate at one end alone; If the workpiece or die is found to be out of alignment during operation, it shall be stopped for correction. It is strictly prohibited to correct by hand during operation to prevent hand injury; It is forbidden to fold over thick iron plates or quenched steel plates, alloy steels, square steels and plates exceeding the properties of plates to avoid damage to equipment; Frequently check the coincidence of upper and lower moulds; Whether the indication of pressure gauge meets the requirements;
Stop the machine immediately in case of abnormality, check the cause and eliminate it in time; Before shutdown, place wood blocks on the lower mold below the oil cylinders on both sides to lower the upper sliding plate onto the wood blocks; Exit the control system program first, and then cut off the power supply.

Before powering on the CNC electro-hydraulic servo synchronous CNC bending machine, please close each circuit breaker in the following order:
- First check whether there is short circuit between the three-phase power supplies of the main circuit, whether the input power supply voltage meets the requirements on the machine tool data nameplate, and then turn on the main power switch after confirmation.
- Check the voltage at the input terminals of the control transformer and servo transformer in turn, and close the two circuit breakers after confirmation.
- Check whether the voltage at each output point of control transformer and servo transformer meets the requirements according to the electrical principle. Close the circuit breaker at the output end of control transformer and servo transformer after confirmation. At this time, the cooling fan of the electric cabinet starts to work.
- Check whether the output of switching power supply VC1 (for the NC system) and VC2 (peripheral DC24V control power supply) meets the requirements according to the electrical schematic diagram, and close the two circuit breakers after confirmation.
